What Makes Building a Large Successful Down-line so Difficult?

I always coach people to begin with their warm market. This is where everyone should begin. With today’s technology and the Internet this can be done painlessly and very rapidly.

People in the past did not want to approach their warm market because of fear of rejection and because they did not know who would take the time to work their business and who would not. The last thing people want is for the people we bring into this business to fail.

This is business is such a simple concept! We use a product, share it with other people and they do the same thing! Well, at least that is the premise of this business to most people. Where this breaks down is in the way these businesses create their marketing plans.

I don’t want to bore you with all the details so I will keep it simple and add a video about marketing plans at the end or I will publish a link. But understand this, most companies will charge between $500-$1000 to get started building your business. In my opinion this isn’t so bad for creating a business that could make you a millionaire! Well, that is the way they are going to pitch it… but here is where the problem begins and why it becomes difficult for the average person to build and why people end up going in debt.

65% of American Households could not come up with $1,000 in an emergency situation today!!

That being the case, don’t you think it would be difficult to recruit people into your business? Of course it would! Plus, how many of you want your friends to lose $1,000 if they fail. It makes things tough. So I suggest you don’t join a company that requires a large investment to get started. You need something like DAY 1

If you want to build long term success make sure that it does not cost a lot of money to get involved with your company, make sure that there are not a lot of hoops to jump through in order to get paid on what you have built.

But what I found was I was sinking further and further in debt maintaining my required volume levels and it got to the point where I just couldn’t maintain it. Then I found out my wife was pregnant and boom! Dream over….

Not until 15 years later and Mark Seyforth would I ever decide to really give my heart and soul to this industry again. Mark has developed programs that anyone can build and not be worried about sharing it with their friends and family members.

What makes DAY 1 so Different?

Let me give you a little back-ground about the founder of Mr Mark Seyforth.-

Mark was one of the original creators of the back end marketing plans that began in the 70′s. These are the plans that have lead to most of the compensation programs on the market today. In fact, it was one of his previous distributors and friends, by the name of Mark Hughes, that launched Herbalife. I have tried just about everything that is out there and jumped from company to company to company like most of the people reading this. Zeek Rewards down fall

Rex Venture Group, which operates the online penny auction site Zeekler.com and affiliates program Zeek Rewards, has closed its headquarters for the remainder of the week for undisclosed reasons.

The company, known to most as Zeek, posted three signs on the windows of its headquarters at 803 W. Center St. in Lexington by about 4 p.m. on Thursday that stated the office will be closed, telling visitors to “check the website for more information.” As of 6:22 p.m., there was no further information available on Zeekler.com or zeekrewards.com.

Zeekler.com and zeekrewards.com were offline as of 9 p.m.

The company also announced it is canceling its upcoming “Red Carpet” event, scheduled for Wednesday. The announcement, made on zeekrewardsnews.com, also advised readers to continue to monitor its websites for more information to be forthcoming.

On Monday, the company also advised Zeek Rewards affiliates there would be no training, recruitment and leadership calls during “the next few days while planning is going on,” according to a message on zeekrewards.com.

Both Zeekler.com and Zeek Rewards have recently come under the scrutiny of the North Carolina Attorney General’s office, after dozens of users filed complaints and inquiries in the past six months. The company, which is rooted in its penny auction website, has expanded in the past year to let users buy in through an “affiliates program.” Some say the company is a good way to make a little more cash while others condemn it as the makings of a pyramid or Ponzi scheme.

How long have you been chasing a income in network marketing?

Let’s face it, most people have a difficult time earning a long term, residual check in network marketing.
I know that for years I jumped from company to company to company looking for that one company that I could actually be successful with. The one company that I could help other people be successful with. Then I found One24 and realized how it was different, and why I knew that I could make it with this one!
Mark Seyforth created One24 out of a love hate relationship with this industry. He loved the fact that network marketing offered people the opportunity to change lives, spend time with families and have control of their lives. But…. He hated the fact that so many people FAILED.

Face it… that is reality. I have watched the transitions from network marketing to affiliate marketing after the launch of Magnetic Sponsoring a few years ago. Companies like MLSP and Johnathon Budd’s programs. There are literally millions and millions of people who have tried network marketing and failed. The philosophy behind these programs are simple, since so many people fail in network marketing why not advertise to those people! Take advantage of the fact that people want success and that 97% of them fail. But at the end of the day these programs ended up becoming the opportunity. There were a lot of people who had success with those affiliate programs but not with their MLM or network marketing companies.
Why did affiliate marketing take off? It was simple, there was no structure, you didn’t have to retail a bunch of products or store a bunch of crap in your garage, you didn’t have to worry about your short leg or your long leg in a matrix. Plus a lot of them were sexy, all you needed was a cool capture page that got people excited. You didn’t even need substance because it was all short term products only. You had a bunch of people creating very short term success, creating a blog and then start selling you a bunch of crap at a cheap price… Well that is ok if you just want to start over and over and over..
Then I found something different…..

This is why I love One24/Day1, because they are not network marketing and they are not affiliate marketing. I am not saying that either of those are bad things.. They are just not for me and I will tell you why.
I work 60 hours a week and have for the last 18 years. I don’t have time to go out there and retail a bunch of products and I don’t want to. Network marketing companies are set up for the top 2% to 3% to make most of the money. If you have ever looked at a marketing plan for a network marketing company it will drive you crazy and you have to understand the philosophy behind it. Most of the companies are designed to entice you in the beginning to spending much more then you expected to. They will start off with things like $49 for your distributor kit but then they will begin to talk about starter kits, and business kits and executive kits and before you know it you are spending $1000 to get started! Then you will see enticements about becoming a manager,executive,leader whatever they want to call it and this usually means you have to do $2000 in your first month and since you have already spent $1000 to get started run out and find a friend to do the same thing and if you can’t, just get another $1000 worth of product and YOU ARE THERE AND ON YOUR WAY!

But wait a minute….

I now have $2000 worth of product and have not brought 1 person into the company!!! That is ok they say, go out there and retail the product, have a few people over and begin the process again…In theory this does work for some. I know that years ago I had some success doing it this way with almost the exact same plan as I see today. This generates some great success SHORT TERM because you are being paid bonuses on the $1000 orders. The problem with this is it is not sustainable and over the long term it fizzles out. That is why companies have what they call “breakage” which filters up to the company. Breakage is UNQUALIFIED income, which means, it was our money but we can’t have it….

Just step back, look at the plans that are out there from a non-emotional point of view. Even the top tiers will have things like you must have at least 3 qualified legs, going $250,000 in volume but no more then 60% can come out of 1 leg…. Have you ever wondered… WHY! But that is not even that big of a deal, were it becomes difficult is when you look at the qualifications it takes to maintain your business. This is usually a group volume of some sort, $1500 to $3000 a month. The issue becomes, if you do not meet these qualifications, you can lose your down line completely. Think about that, you build a down line for 3 years and bam… you could lose it by not retailing enough product. I know, because it happened to me years ago! But I never blamed the industry because I knew I was just busy with other things. I love this industry so I always stayed plugged into something, but I knew there had to be a better way!
Let me give you a run down of the companies that I have been involved in. Some of them I may not even remember their names.

NuSkin- 1 year
BodyWise International-3 years
Sunrider- 2 minutes
Herbalife- 2 minutes
Shaklee- 2 minutes
Orenda-2 minutes
Trump Network- 2 minutes
Numis- 2 months

After I had lost my down-line with BodyWise it was hard for me to really get excited again. I knew I loved the industry but I also new the pitfalls and I hated failure.
Then while I was beginning to build my Numis business I was on-line and I came across this short video with Mark Seyforth in it about how he loved the industry but hated the failure rate. A light came on and I knew I had found a company that I could feel good about sponsoring people into again. Something I could believe in. You see that is the hard part for most of us that are in our 3rd, 4th or 5th program. We have lost most of our belief so it makes it hard for us to sponsor people. Do you remember your first program? You know you sponsored people out of sure excitement and belief. That belief began to fade as you failed in more companies. That is why so many people waste money with these affiliate programs that promise to help you sponsor people without talking to your friends and family.
If you truly believed you were going to get wealthy in your program why wouldn’t you want to talk to your friends and family? Think about it.
Well I think you get my point and this is getting kind of long.

All Network Marketing Companies are Alike!

It is amazing how closely related all network marketing pay plans are!

A friend of mine just contacted me today about a new company that him and his wife had joined! Of course they approach me with, “I know you are the pro and would you look at this?” Always a good opening, stroke the ego a little bit.

As always I love to do a fair assessment of everything that I come across. The company is called Neriumbiotech. It is a new skin car company that just joined forces with some other company or something like that. She sent me a link and I watched the 20 minute presentation about the company, and the miracle accident break through for getting rid of wrinkles. Any way, the presentation was intriguing so when I go home I asked her to send me a link to the marketing plan because I could not find it anywhere! (typical)

She sent me the link and I opened it up and low and behold….. I thought I was looking at ViSalus!!!! lol, and if you follow me you know what I think about their marketing program. This thing has almost copied ViSalus to the letter. They even have refer 3 and yours is free. The leg structure has the same, only 60% can come from 1 leg system.

What amazes me is the beginning of the video they talk about how different they are! Now I will be fair and say that there are some unique qualities to the company but whenever I look at a compensation program and I get dizzy looking at it, I know there is something wrong. A compensation program should not take a week to go through. Granted most network marketing program due but then again that is why I hate network marketing companies and love One24/Day1.

I look at every compensation program that comes on the market! I am a business man and I know you have to be educated as to knowing what is out there.

I wish everyone success in their current companies and the people that I am looking for are the people who realize there is something different and that the concept is sound.

The IRP has some serious advantages over Network Marketing-

The IRP is a system that was designed more for the masses and it is easily built on a part time basis. Network marketing companies require much more time and attention. You see most network marketing companies require you to retail usually $200-$3000 per month in order to get promoted or earn higher bonus levels.
IRP’s don’t require you to do that. You just share the product or opportunity with other people and if they join and use the product you will get paid.
Most network marketing companies will pay more on the front end then IRP’s do. The reason being is the retention rate is so low they need to do something to stimulate the recruiting. They usually charge anywhere from $49 to $14,000 to join and then they pay out quite a bit of that up front. The only problem is that people who fail never get a chance to recoup their money.

Because IRP’s don’t require any up-front money and don’t require you to hit certain bonus levels to get paid there is no risk!

Because of all the hype surrounding some network marketing companies there is a tendency for people to end up getting themselves in debt chasing the dream. I know because I had done it on several occasions. I would always join at the highest level.

Usually this meant an investment of $500 to $3000. They do a great job really selling the dream and when you think about it, $3000 to start your own business really isn’t that bad! The problem begins here with network marketing.
Over the last several decades there have been millions of people who have looked at the concept of network marketing and have joined. The concept is solid and let’s face it, it works. The problem is it doesn’t work as good as it could work. The programs forces people to keep retailing their product or they will not get paid bonus levels or they even lose their down line in some companies. This causes people to keep putting more and more products on their credit cards with the hope of retailing it later. This is how our garages end up full of products.
With an IRP this can not happen. There are no promotion levels and there are no retail requirements. You just use,share and earn. No risk.
Because there is no risk, people involved tend to share it with their friends and family and happily do so.

What Makes One24 Different from Everything Else!

People often ask me why I think One24 is so different from everything else that is out there?

Most people get excited when they first get involved with network marketing. Depending on the company they will usually have a very nominal fee to get started, let’s say $49 and then they will usually try to get you to buy $300-$500 worth of product or inventory and then they will hit you with the next line….. Ok, quick question, HOW STUPID ARE YOU? Apparently, there are a lot of people that are pretty damn stupid! The reason I say that is because so many people get sucked into all the hype!

Let me use this example. Let’s say you go to work and work for a coffee shop. You are required to go out there and bring as many people as you can to the coffee shop. The first month you bring 5 people to the coffee shop. The next month those 5 people bring 5 of their friends to the coffee shop and this trend continues. At the end of 6 months you have been responsible for bringing in over 15,000 customers. Now, the coffee shop says that is great but unless 60% of those customers have brown eyes, we are not going to pay you! In fact we are going to give your commissions to someone else or we are just going to keep it for ourselves. In fact, until you find enough customers with brown eyes, we are not going to pay you anything. If you can’t find enough brown eye customers within 6 months we are going to take them all away!

Opportunities are Knocking!

Opportunites are knocking and you need to ask yourself if you are ready. We live in some very interesting times in this country right now. The stated unemployment is still above 9% and has been for almost 3 years. The country has never been so divided between the haves and the have nots. You actually have people occupying Wall Street and they really have no idea why they are there.

Reality is that almost all of us are a few paychecks away from bankruptycy. I know because I am in that same club. People today are losing their jobs because of this terrible economy and if people don’t have jobs then people can’t spend money and if people can’t spend money then the economy continues to crumble. You can’t have the government paying for everyone who isn”t working. That is what is erroding the fabric of this country.

Solution? Read above and check out what I am doing to protect my family and for the first time in a long time “owning” my life. Most of us do not own our life and most of us are stuck in jobs we hate.

Do you know anyone who has a boss who is less then competent. And how does it feel to know that this person has the power to destroy your life at the drop of a hat. Think about what happens to someone who gets fired from his/her job. Income stops comming in and their health coverage stops on their family. Now they have to go out and try to find another job and if they do find another job it is probably going to be another year before their health coverage kicks back in. It is just a mess. Why would anyone want to allow anyone to have that power over you. It is what makes people so misserable. Creating a home based business can give you an extra income stream so that it can help you save money. For some people it can create so much income that they can quit their jobs permanently and not have to worry about money ever again. I have heard it stated recently that the Network Marketing business is responsible for creating more millionaires then Real Estate. And the cool thing is you can start your business from home and not go broke if you choose the right program.

Mlm or network marketing is really a simple process and is actually taught as a marketing concept at some major college institutions such as Tempe University. The company that I have joined has actually created a brand new concept called an Incetivized Referral Program (IRP). By far and away this concept has made it so everyone can achieve success. They have eliminated the higher start up costs and have no group volume requirements to get paid down 12 levels. Really incredible.

Think about this one concept. Would you buy 15 lottery tickets a week for 2 years if I guaranteed you that you would win 7 figures in residual income? Now if you would do you think that you could find 3 other people who would do the same thing and they in turn could repeat that process? If you answered yes then check out this chart.

This chart shows what would happen if you found three people and they found three people repeated down 12 levels. Now this is strickly for illustration purposes only but this shows what would happen. If you look at the 18thmonthyou would generate an income of over $100k per month!!

Now this is based on you using the product and sharring which we talked about earlier.

One24 and Network Marketing

One24 is a company that has been in business just over 1 year and is re-writting the network Marketing industry. The new design that One24 uses has a lot of similarities to a typical network marketing company with some very unique differences.

The main difference comes in the marketing program or compensation program. Have you looked at a compensation program from Visalis or LifeVantage?

It is very confusing and very hard to achieve. This does not make either one of these companies a bad company. It just makes them confusing.

Why people who have failed in network marketing succeed with One24

People succeed in One24 because of the design and set up of the company. One24 was developed with the masses in mind, and created and developed in such a way, that everyone can be successful. I would even go so far as to say, “If you can not succeed with One24, just quit trying to make money online and focus on your career.

What are the major differences between One24 and a typical network marketing company? A typical network marketing company is usually made up of a couple of different marketing plans. One is called a binary program and the other is called a matrix. There are also some other variations that out there, but these are the two major ones. The only thing I know about a forced matrix is that is not as good as it looks initially. You would think that everyone falls under you, but they don’t and they only pay you on your smallest leg. I am definitely no expert at that one. But I will tell you about the other one.

Let me tell you about a binary program that I was involved in many years ago and I can tell you first hand the differences I see as an average person. The program I was involved in required you to have $100 of PV (personal volume) every month in the beginning and required you to do $2000 in group volume to achieve the first level and have no more then $1200 of that coming from one person. So what does that mean? It means that one of two things have to happen in order from me to get paid on some of the people in my group or for my percentage that I was to earn to go up. I either had to buy or retail $2000 worth of product or I had to sponsor someone who did $1200 in volume and I had to do $800. What do you think happens to a lot of people. You guessed it, they get so excited they slap a couple of grand on their credit card or they try to get someone in their group to do the same thing. That is the beginning. I don’t know about you, but for me that was tough. The second part of the program was that I had to continue to do $2000 in group volume at least 9 of the 12 months throughout the year. If I did not do it, I would FORFEIT anyone below me who became a manager. Imagine that! It means that if I brought in my brother who became successful and I stumbled, I would no longer be eligible to get paid on my down-line. Major Flaw #1
Also, Let’s say I had someone in my group retailing $1000 every month, once they became a manager and did the $2000 in group volume, I could no longer count them towards my group volume requirement. This is why people have to continually be recruiting in most companies Major Flaw #2.

Now this is just the beginning of the program but I will tell you how it panned out for me. Over 3 years I had built an organization of over 2000 people. We were doing roughly $100k+ in volume every month. I was making a decent income and loved the lifestyle. Got up when I wanted, played golf all the time, went on vacations and came home when I wanted to, not when someone told me I had to. It was great. The one draw back, in order for me to keep getting the $3-5k check I kept having to make sure I hit the $$2000 group volume. Some times it was easy, some times it was tougher. So what do you do, you put $1000 on a credit card to get the check. Well over time that adds up. I do not blame anyone except myself. It was a great company and I loved the products. Well what happens when all the sudden you have $20,000 in credit card debt and you are running out of room on your credit cards and you find out you have another kid on the way? You go back out there and get a job. So I did. I was earning $10k a month at my job and still trying to support my network marketing company’s’ group volume requirements. Because I was now working 70 hours a week and I did not have time to maintain the requirements. I let it all slip away. Now again I state, I blame no one but myself. There are many, many things that I should have done differently. Now that was almost 20 years ago, but let’s compare that with One24 and lets say they were around and that was the company that I was involved in.-

First things first- I wouldn’t have to spend or retail $2000 in products in a single month to get paid on my down line. I would not have to recruit people, telling them that they need to recruit and train people to retail a couple thousand dollars in product every month. (This would have made sponsoring so much easier.) I would not have to spend thousands of dollars in products to get paid on the rest of my organization. So already I am thousands of dollars ahead. So what would have happened? Let’s say that I just sponsored the same amount of people. I would have still had over 2000 people in my organization, and these are only the people that I was personally involved with. Meaning I sponsored someone who sponsored someone etc…. Some how I was involved. With One24, as apposed to the network marketing company I was with, uses a linear compensation program. Once you join, everyone who comes in after you becomes part of your silver group. (See video) So lets estimate on the low side. I would have gotten $1.50 off of everyone of the 2000 people. That is $3000 per month and I would not have to have done the $2000 in retail sales. So just off of what we call the green tickets my income would have been about the same. But I would have also gotten a portion of the silver group along with what we call the platinum pool and not even counting the gold rush portion. So it is very conservative to say that my income would have exceeded that in my other program. Plus I would not have had the credit card balance and I would probably still be in the program today. Would I have invested $60 for at least $5000 a month? Absolutely I would have. Now consider that the average retention rate in Network marketing is 25% and One24 is around 90%. So you could assume that the 2000 would have been at least double, and could you imagine how many people would have been involved over 15 years. The number would have been in the thousands. So if One24 would have been the company I was involved with over 15 years ago it is pretty safe to assume that I would have been a retired,successful home business owner years ago.

Now you know why I am so excited about One24. This company succeeds were other companies fail. It allows everyone to stay connected and stay involved. I just look at my own experience and all things being equal if I would have had the marketing plan that One24 offers my experience would have been totally different. I know there are thousands upon thousands of people out there that have had the same experience. This company is different, One24 has developed a program that will revolutionize the industry. The company is only about 8 months old and currently only available in the United States. You still have a chance to be in on the ground floor of this incredible company. One24 has plans on expanding outside of the U.S. in the 4th quarter of this year. They have created billions of dollars in sales throughout the world. But in their wake they have crushed a lot of people’s dreams. I hate Network Marketing but love One24. Simple straight forward concept!

If you really want to make money with a company part-time and be on the road to financial freedom you need to find out more about One24. It is the most refreshing program that I have ever come across in this industry. Why am I bullish on this program? Because it is a program that anyone can do and it is not MLM or Network Marketing. Success and Failure:

Success in this industry is not difficult. The difficulty is finding a company that you can afford to stay with, that doesn’t penalize you for your learning curve, and that you believe in enough to share with everyone you know and come in contact with.

There are a lot of people out there now days advertising that you don’t need to talk to your friends and relatives in order to be successful in this industry today. I will agree and disagree with what they are teaching. Do you need your friends and relatives to join you to be successful in network marketing? The answer is no, but in my opinion if you have really found something that you believe in you won’t be able to stop yourself. And to me that is a good thing. Now, they may not join you right away, but you know what, some of them will. In fact more of them then you think! And we all need this in our program to truly create duplication and create a large group. This is why belief is so, so important. If you believe, I mean truly believe then they will see it. There are so many of us who get invovled, and we want to believe, but it just has not been intrenched into our soul. That is why some people get off to a slow start and others just go to town.

Think about this! What would you do if you knew you could not fail and you could earn a million dollars a year for the rest of your life, not have a boss and do whatever you wanted to do, whenever you wanted to do it! What would you do?

If you truly believed this you would work 80 hours a week, you would never put down the phone, you would talk to everyone you knew and everyone you didn’t know. You would pass out business cards and direct people to your websites, you would pass out flyers, do trade shows, you name it, you would do it. My only question is why aren’t you?

Because as much as you want to believe, some of you don’t truly believe. We want to think we believe, bud do we? It is kind of like when we want to go swimming, some people will just jump right in, but then there are some of us that want to test the water temperature first. So we slowly stick in our big toe, then our foot and we ease into it. Some of us just take our own sweet time, and that is ok. Just make sure you eventually get all the way in.

If you can get to that level, were you truly believe and you are invovled in the right company, see choosing the right company. Then nothing will stop you. Because you will take massive action and that is all it takes. Massive consistent action and you will be successful. You actions must be consistent. You will go thru periods were you have your highs and lows. That is why it is important to be with the right company. Be careful not to be part of a company that wants you to keep buying levels.

I just wanted to write a quick blog today on something that I just recently listened to. I am a big fan of a website called “network marketing pro”. I think they give out some great information and it is entirely free. Eric did a video which I agree with and also disagree with at the same time. He did a video called “personal responsiblity”. Now I agree 100% with personal responsability but I think the company you choose to participate in has a lot to do with your success or failure. I guarantee that.

Now are there people out there that are big hitters who can have success in any endevour that they choose to particiapate in? Absolutely. What I am talking about here is the “little guy” the average Joe just like myself and the majority of the people that are out there trying to live the American dream with Network Marketing. I think the company you choose can determine your success or failure rate. Now I am not talking about the person who joins a company and absolutely never does anything. That person is never going to succeed with any company that they join. Usually you will find these people trying to join the forced matrix programs thinking that it will work for them. Well if you have ever been part of one of them, you know it is a lot of hype. You see most network marketing companies still require you to have a PV or personal volume every month. Some of them will use a dollar amount and some of them will use a point system. For example you may spend $200 but still only get paid as if it was $120. I have seen PV range anywhere from $70-$500. It gets kind of steep for some people to maintain. Then on top of that most companies then have monthly group volume requirements. This means that you many have to do $200 a month but your group may need to be at $1000. This means you and anyone who you have sponsored. They make it sound so simple. But what do you think happens when you are sitting at $800 on the 30th of the month? You guessed it, blam you just bought another $200 worth of product so you can get your check. And this is where I begin to disagree with Eric at. Because you are always going to here your upline or leaders say, get out there, sponsor more people, you’re not trying hard enough.

Well guess what? We all have different skill levels and time commitments which allow us to work towards our goals, we all want the same things. There has to be a better way!

There is, a company that is less then a year old called One24. One24 was founded by Mark Seyforth and Joe Perry and is actually not a MLM company. It is what is called an Incentivized Referral Program. And it will blow you away once you truly understand what it is all about. It is a company that has been created out of the love hate relationship most people have with network marketing. You see everyone loves the concep, and once you understand the power of duplication and the numbers, you get hooked. Well the only thing in the past that prevented most of us from making it, the high PV and group volumes. Let’s face it if you have ever had any success and all, only to fail, you can track it to this one point. You will get it, and there are millions of people out there just like us who are looking for something, searching for something like One24. Tired of Failing at Network Marketing?

Tired of failing in Network Marketing?

I will make this one quick and I will do a video about this later. This is mind blowing once you truly understand the TRUTH. This article is primarily for people who have been involved with network marketing in the past and failed. I know why it happened.

I have been doing a lot of thinking lately about this concept. In fact I just had a conversation with a friend of mine about network marketing. His comment was, “I have tried a lot of those but don’t have time for that now”, I think he is on his 4th job in 2 years, a victim of the economy.

What does that mean? ” I tried a lot of them”. It means he gets it! Almost all of us who have ever been involved in Network Marketing, get it! We know that what it offers is absoulutely amazing. We begin with the dream and it dies on the vine!!!! But why? Thinking back I know the reasons why. Some of them are not so obvious, but once you hear them I think a light will go on.

The reasons why people fail are pretty basic for the most part. You don’t share it with enough people because you don’t know how, you quit too soon because you can’t afford the product, your business becomes an expense, instead of an income stream, You can’t handlle the rejection, you don’t have enough time.

Well those are your basics, but there are a few more: There are a lot of people who fail after having some success. I fell into that catagory a couple of times. For those of you who have had some success with Network marketing you will totally relate to this.

The way typical network marketing companies are set up. You are required to maintain a certain amount of retail sales or group volumes in order to get paid. Think about that for a second, let’s say I recruited Tom, and Tom went out there and sponsors thousands of people who generate tens of thousands of dollars in salse. Even though I may be responsible for recruiting Tom, unless I meet certain requirements I will not get paid on Tom’s group. Or even worse, some companies say that if I don’t meet certain group volumes over the course of a year, I could lose Tom completely and anyone else I sponsored who is doing well.

This is what causes people to go broke in Network Marketing. This is what gets people in debt. It was for me. I had to put thousands of dollars in product on my credit cards to make sure I qualified to get my check. This is so very, very common. How many companies have you seen were people talk about coming in at the “TOP LEVEL”. That usually means, the most expensive level. Also most minimum PV or personal volumes are usually several hundreds of dollars per month.

I still think starting your own company for $2000 is still an incredible deal. But the fact of the matter is most people, are not true business people. They are just averagre, everyday Joe’s looking for a better way to live and take care of their families. And with this design, network marketing is responsible for billions of dollars of sales world wide and that there are currently over 36 million people involved in this industry.

“AND WE HAVE A BETTER WAY”

With One24, Mark Seyforth and Joe Perry have created the most incredible business concept that has ever been created. They are definitely on the forefront of something very new and something truly incredible. They have created a company that eliminates 99% of the reasons why people fail in this industry. They have created the first I.R.P ever. This technically is not a MLM company, but relies on many of the same concepts. Mark and Joe have created a program were if you were to sponsore 1 person, like Tom, who took off and built a huge organization, you would get paid on all of it down 12 levels. You do not have to stock inventory in your garage. Your only monthly requirement, is to buy 1 unit of Natraburst and month, about a $70 investment with shipping. And after sponsoring 1 PC you are paid all the way down 12 levels. That is it! And the beauty of this product, is that will save you money every month off your food bill. I have replaced a meal a day with Natraburst, and it has more then paid for itself. My doctor was actually shocked when after changing nothing else, except adding Natraburst, my cholesterol went down over 80 pts. To me that is amazing..

There are several ways that One24 pays people. I challenge anyone to honestly compare this company to anything that is out there. The concept is sound, the products are incredible and the leadership is awesome.

Mark and Joe have eliminated the things that cause us to dis-like network marketing and have included all the things that allow us to love network marketing. There is so much more that I could say about One24 but I don’t want this to be 20 pages long. No more presentations, no more rejection, no more debt, you don’t have to worry about a relative getting involved and going broke. Changing the World, One24online!

Why One24 will change this industry forever!!

Let me tell you a little about my experience with network marketing in the past and why I know One24 will change this industry forever.

I was first introduced to the network marketing industry in 1985. At first, I was the biggest skeptic in the world, but that soon ended when a friend of a friend, started earning several million dollars a year. That would make the biggest skeptic stand up and take notice.

Well that worked for awhile, at least until they reposesed my Jeep for not having insurance! Not a good feeling!

Here comes company 2: Body Wise International: A company with what I would consider to be the most incredible nutritional products ever created. I got on those products and lost so much weight and felt great. It was so obvious that people who knew me wanted to take the products also. I had found the mother load. I eventually built an organization of a couple thousand people and was doing pretty good. I was making 3-4k a month and guess what? I was pumping money back into products so that I could receive my check every month!

See a patern here yet? Bottom line this is were the love hate relationship comes from in Network Marketing. The concept works, that is indisbutable. People make millions, that is a fact also. But the sad fact is that after awhile even people that were successful, fail.

Why is that, why do people fail? The answer is easy once you realize what you are looking at. It took me forever to really look at it and understand it. It took Mark Seyforth to open my eyes. People fail because of the system and marketing plans and the way they are set up. They are set up with the company in mind and have total disreguard for the distributor!!! Do you realize that if you do not meet the company requirements you could lose your whole business or not get paid on the business you are responsibel for generating!!

If I had been with a company without monthly volume requrements I would have never lost my down-line and it would still continue to grow today. I just recently had to take some time off to take care of a sick mother. If I would have been with a traditional network marketing company, I guarantee I would have quit. I recently flew back from Miami to my home in Chandler Arizona,and had the opportunity to watch a movie, I probably never would have. This movie portrays what these men go thru, and really hit home with me. I work for a fortune 200 company and I witnessed the downsizing myself. I sat in the meetings, I watched the numbers and how the board wanted to cut deep and hard. Our area lost about 200 people. Think about that for a second, 200 and this was small potatos compared to what was happening in other places. How many lives were getting turned upside down?

My son was working for Country Wide mortgages, part time while finishing his under graduate degree at ASU. He told me he would never forget that day when a whole room full of people was let go at the drop of a hat. Literally hundreds in one day. The decission to let these people go was made in a board room thousands of miles away. People losing their jobs and income for doing absolutely nothing wrong.
